I had a fantastic two-night stay at a beautiful resort with an incredible spa and relaxing pool, though the dining experience in the Michelin restaurant was a letdown.

luxurious? hardley. one robe sported an embarrassing yellow tint, and the bed was so unforgiving it woudl have won first prize at a rock festival. after waiting ages for service, i expecited at least an upgrade, but no, just an average stay. i almost considered a good review, but then remembered the yellow robe, my nightmare.

The wellness area offers a calming atmosphere, perfect for unwinding with spacious treatment rooms and a serene ambiance. The balcony in the Superior Room provides stunning views of the valley, enhanced by a large space to enjoy morning coffee or an evening drink.
Breakfast options were limited due to the off-season, with no buffet available, which might be disappointing for those expecting a full spread. Some amenities fell short. the bed lacked comfort, and one robe had an unusual yellow tint. sunbed reserving practices were frustrating, making it difficult to find a spot by the pool during peak hours.

I found the dining options a bit underwhelming, especially for the price tag. the Michelin-star restaurant felt overly pricey for what we received. The room had its quirks too—one robe sported a strange yellow hue, and the bed was hard enough that I might as well have been sleeping on a slab of rock. I encountered reserve-your-sunbed strategies that left me hunting for a spot by the pool, which dampened the vibe. The hotel's distance from the nearest town limits evening options if you're looking to explore without a car, and honestly, the overall decor in my room could use a refresh.
